Women should not be taking baths, they should be taking showers. That in itself might help cure your yeast infections

Taking a buttermilk bath, eating yogurt and airing out helps.
Try microwaving your underwear a few seconds also helps it kills the yeast in them and the Doctor told me add a little vinegar to the bath water.

Going to the store and buying the actual yeast infection medicine is the best way to go.

I have spoke to my Dr. about it and the whole drinking cranberry juice and eating plain yogurt do help PREVENT getting a yeast infection if eatin and drank regularly, but once you have a yeats infection it will not help.

I have applied the plain yogurt directly while having a yeast infection, it helped with the itching and the fact that it was cold soothed the pain but did not treat it.

Yeast infections are plainful and itchy, if you want it gone fast get the 3 day ovule insert. It works great!!! So much easier than trying home remedies when you are in pain.
