I was told that if you douche once a week with the vinegar and water and then savin the bulb thing and using water after you have sex, it will help reduce the risk of them… Also, if you dont have any vinegar just plain water once a week will help…

After showering I use my hair dryer to make sure all excess moisture is gone in the vaginal area. This stopped my yeast infection problems.

Acidophilus has worked wonders for me. I actually take it every day because it is also is wonderful for your digestive health. You can find it in yogurts, or in you grocery store's vitamin section. Refrigerate after opening.

I heard that applying the water left over from cooking rice can be used to treat yeast infections at home. I’ve never tried it, but I have a friend who told me their grandmother swears by it.
