for sinus pain and discomfort i use either a damp warm washcloth and lay it over the area where it is most discomforting for about 10 minutes or even longer or i buy little heating pads that are used for putting in socks or gloves i wrap one up in a washcloth and place it on my face where it seems to hurt

In addition to garlic, use one teaspoon to one tablespoon of honey each morning on an empty stomach. Wait about 30-45 minutes before eating or drinking. It will clear your sinuses. Lemon optional. Also works on dry coughs, coughs due to colds and allergic type winter coughs. My lung specialist was amazed at my test results when I told him that I had been using honey.
