My mom gets sinusitis a lot and, I found that Nasturtium flowers and leaves in a salad with lemon juice relieves her within 10 min.for up 12 hours!!! This is the most effective remedy I have tried.

guys.jst try out dis………..put some haldi in hot boiling water and inhale it for around 5 min……it is one process among steam therapy.haldi is a very good ayurvedic one……….

make onion tea ,use half onion boil in water for 10 minutes, add a little caynenne pepper, and thyme drink it really helps with chest and head mucus

don’t listen to your doctor,he will give you antibiotics…
that stuff makes it worst!!!
do the garlic and the steam and don’t forget jogging in every morning it will drain your sinusitis!!

You can heat some sea salt on a pan than put it in a cloth and place it over your eyebrows and below your eyes. It really helps the pain and opens the blocked sinuses.
