		<description>Take 2000 mg of Vitamin D 3.  Most people are deficient.  Vitamin D is what is produced in your body when you sit in the sum and this helps to regulate the melatonin in your body, which is the sleep hormone.  I have suffered for 49 years!!! I wish someone told me that a $6.oo bottle of a vitamin would be the best way to stop severe winter depression!!!!!!</description>
