Try dish washing liquid, that tends to do the job, in most instances, and use a dry cloth 2 shine in the dish wsahing liquid

i use curd for removing scratch from DVD.

I used some mud mask, cause that was the first thing that I saw. Works as well as wax.

I've used alcohol wipes or cotton balls wiped in alcohol to clean my scratched DVDs. Works most of the time!
