You do not towel yourself dry, more like a drip dry. I find doing it in front of a fan works great. You leave this on until a shower the following day,and repeat the process for 3 days (which is what the packet contains enough sachets for). You will be amazed by the results...it totally goes away for up to 3 months. If you so much as see it come back slightly, repeat the process. No more covering up in summer! It is the best thing that i have found to combat it, as i have had the problem for nearly 20 years now. I live in south alabama and it gets HOT. I get it every summer. I usually treat it with baking soda. Just wet the area and rub some baking soda on it to create a paste. It will burn a bit. I also use camomile to treat the itching. Should i be concerned that i get it every year though?
