Another home remedie that works quite well is to cut a lemon in half and put a little sugar on it and rub very softly on your lips during the day keep aplying it. Hope it works! =)

Usually I put on my lips lip glosses with 30 spf and it work perfectly .

I heard that some people use a hard toothbrush and rub against your lips and it will remove any dead skin and chap-ness! Then apply some vapour stuff like Petroleum jelly (from drugstores or pharmacies!)
You will have beautiful lips once again.

I usually use Aquafina Lip Oil, and my lips feel hydrated and moist again.

The sun can damage not only your skin, but also your lips. Prevent chapped lips and skin cancer by wearing a lip balm that contains sunscreen. Look for a product that offers an SPF (sun protection factor) of 15 or higher. I recommend Chap Stick’s Sunblock 15.
