When my daughter would get Eczema on her arm. At night time the doctor would have me dab her arm with water, put lotion on and then loosely wrap her arm with seranwrap. By morning it was gone.

My son & daughter get really dry hands and we put any type of lotion then place them in latex gloves. We would do this treatment for 5 minutes.

Bag balm…you can find this at any local feed store. Rub a little amount on affected area after you get out of the shower or just throughout the day..no more than 2 or 3x’s.

Mix Vaseline and sudocream together or any cream your using to treat eczema rub on skin twice a day, helped my sister and will help you!

Apply a mixture of Neem Oil & Avocado Oil (1:1) to the affected area on the skin to get relief from itching caused by eczema instantly.

Apply hydrogen peroxide mixed with water (1/3 peroxide to 2/3 water) and apply topically after shower with cotton ball, when dry, then apply lotion (i use Eucerine).

Also 1 tbls of apple cider vinegar with 1/8 tsp of baking soda mixed with water or juice daily and drink. This will help you have a healthy PH balanced body and clear many skin aliments. Although I take the vinegar for skin it has also helped with better digestion, no more insomnia, and lower blood pressure.

My dermatologists recommended that I take less showers if possible, and try to only take hot showers when I need to shave.

I have found that just by not taking hot showers and washing my skin with Dove(soap free), I have less rashes from Eczema. Hope that helps someone.
