If your ear is blocked, use olive oil, just enough oil to fill your ear and plug it with cotton wool or small piece of tissue. Leave plugged for at least 10 mins. Best time to do this is just before bed. Remember to take it out by morning though! My doctor advised olive oil so thats why I did this. Always consult a professional before putting something new in your ear. And please web master please delete the above comment about a cig in your ear… Really!

This wierd but it helps when you have air in your ear. You light a cigarett and place it in your ear. as if your ear is smoking. Make sure you move your hair out of the way. And you are able to carefully monitor the lit cig in you ear.

when i feel pressure on my ears i use a few drops of peroxide, and it seems to help so far.

if your ear is just a little sore… add baking soda in the hurting ear then add a little vinegar and this will release the pain right away….

try sweet oil you can get it from any drug store, put alittle in her ear and a cotton ball.she will sleep just fine

My daughter just got back from a trip to the mountain and is complaining of an ear ache, feels like she had air in her ear. Any suggestions?

onions:
cut onions in small pieces and put them on a little piece of fine cloth and make a little bag out of it. crush the onions a little bit with the palm of your hand so that the juices come out.
put this onto the ear and wrap a warm scarf around the head to cover the ear and onion bag.

This is for swimmers ear. Forget those ear drops at the stores and try this remedy.
Mix 1 teaspoon rubbing alcohol with 1 teaspoon white vinegar. Put a few drops in each ear. The alcohol helps dry out the ear, and the vinegar kills the bacteria.
