Physical signs of alcoholism include red eyes, weakness in arms and legs, lack of appetite, sleeping disorders, puffy eyes, stomach pains, frizzy hair, nausea, and the tendency to vomit.

d) Carrot Juice:

    Delayed gratification. If you have to give up alcohol for good, its too hard even though you want to. The best way is I will not drink now but delay it to a much later date and keep deferring it. Ritualise it. Remember that you will be given a day, the next day not lost through a hangover and feeling so ill. Humbly accept you have a problem. Think of someone you really really admire a very strong character and think would they behave like this. Think of someone you despise and feel better than and think well even they can keep sober. Put the picture of some larger than life character that you really love and admire on your fridge and pretend to act and think like them for the day. Imagine a film of your life is being made you are the central character and you are on film.
