Cumin tea helped me a lot for heartburn.

Boil cumin seeds in water for approximately 5 to 8 minutes without adding sugar. When it becomes quite brown with the cumin extract, add sugar as per the tase and filter it to a cup. (Sugar is just for taste, can be consumed without sugar as well).

Am 3mth pregnant and i had a bad case of acid reflux could not sleep at nights then i found that making a cup of ginger camomile and natural mint tea with a tea spoon of apple cider vingar was my answer. If i feel like snack i would have an apple and now am able to rest at nights.

I managed to avoid acid reflux by being careful in choosing my food but of course still manage to have a balance diet. I eat papaya at least once a day and oatmeal when I feel hungry.
